Altscher is a professor of Entrepreneurship and Technology at UMBC, Loyola University, and HCC and holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Project Management. He has appeared on NBC's The Apprentice with Donald Trump and CNBC's The Big Idea with Donnie Deustch. Aaron was selected as the youngest executive in residence at The University of Mary Washington and now holds a position on the Board of Directors for UMW's athletic program. An avid fitness enthusiast, Aaron was an NCAA All Conference baseball player and is a 2011 Ford IronmanTriathlon finisher.

He project managed development process to reduce slack time and costs. He also wrote and presented system technical document. Formerly as a senior engineer at SmartDoor Systems, Inc, David created and built web application for distribution system and business operations. David has played a leadership role building Bullhorn Mobile, Handteq, and many other enterprise mobile and web applications.
